Reservation Process


Can you check room availability and make a reservation for me?

We have integrated an availability and reservation system into our website to make it easy for you to check our room availability, rates and make a direct booking with Billy Pendawa Homestay

However, if you feel more comfortable to talk with one of our friendly sales team, you can do so by making a call to us on +62 361 761 910 or send us an email at info@sunsetbalihotel.com. We will be able to check room availability and discount rates available at that time for you.

How can I make reservation for a large group of people? (e.g. Family holiday/ Reunion/ Business meeting?

Reservations for group travelers (more than 10 rooms with same arrival date) may have special rates and hotel booking requirements. Please contact our sales team to enquire. Should you require other facilities such as transport and meeting room facilities, we recommend speaking with our sales team to arrange these in advance


Room Types


What is the difference between the double and twin room?

Our double room has one king-sized bed, whereas the twin room has two 120 x 200 cm beds

What is the maximum number of people per room? Can I request extra bed for additional person?

We allow two guests per room. Should you need an extra bed, we can provide it at (cost of Rp. 250.000 per extra bed including breakfast). Please let us know in advance as we cannot guarantee if you don’t request beforehand as it is subjects to availability.

I am traveling with my children. Can they stay for free?

Yes, children under 12 years old can stay for free in the same room.

I am a non-smoker. Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Our hotel policy does not allow guests to smoke in their rooms. So, all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking only permitted at public areas and your room balcony.

Can I request where my room will be located? (e.g. prefered floor)

Yes, you can request this however we cannot guarantee as it subjects to availability.

 

Pricing and Payment


Is breakfast included in your hotel rates?

If you book you rooms directly with our hotel, the rate includes breakfast.
If you book through your travel agents or online hotel reservations, you will need to check with them your room inclusions

Do you have discounted price for corporate and group booking?

Yes we do, for more information and contract rate please contact us at info@billypendawa.com.

Does your hotel needs deposit on booking?

Yes, usually the amount corresponds to the price of one night and it is nonrefundable. A pre-payment of the total cost of your stay may be needed for some special promotion rates.

How can I pay for my hotel bill?

You can pay using cash when paying directly to our hotel. We only accept Cash

Changes and Cancellation

How can I cancel or change my booking? And what is the cancellation policy at your hotel?

If you booked your stay with us directly, please call our reservation team at +62 361 756 846 as soon as possible if you intend to cancel/change your booking. Please inform us in time as failure to do so will result in cancelation fee/no-show charge at the cost of one night stay. The Deadline to inform us of cancelation is at least 7 days prior to check-in date (during high seasons) and 2 days prior to check-in (during low seasons) .

Please note that some booking promotions are non-refundable or cancelable. Please refer to the term and condition of your booking.

If I change  my reservation, will I be able to get the same rates?

If you change your arrival dates, we will not be able to guarantee similar rates as your previous rate agreement.  It will be subject to availability. For assistance, please contact our reservation team at info@billypendawa.com.

Hotel Policies

What time is the check-in and check-out times?

The normal check-in time is at 2 pm and check out time is 12 noon.

Is it possible to request for an early check-in or late check-out?

We suggest that you book in advance should you need to check-in before 2 pm so that your room will be ready when you arrive. Late check-out may subject to additional surcharge.

Hotel Service/Facilities

 

Is the wireless internet access available in the rooms?

Yes. Internet access is available from the comfort of your room by purchasing internet voucher from our reception desk. Free wi-fi is also available in our public areas such as the lobby and restaurant.

Can you organize transport to/from the airport?

Yes, we can organize this service at Rp.100.000 per car (one-way)

Is there any car parking at Billy Pendawa Homestay?

Yes, we have car parking spaces available at our hotel. No reservation needed.

I want to organize a birthday/wedding party. How can you help me?

We can help you to organize it at Billy Pendawa Homestay. Just let us know what you want and we will endeavor to make it an unforgettable experience for you!
